Since the smell is coming back, it means the source is still there.Pets urine, sewage and dead animals all have different smells.

They would get free lot rent and a few bucks per occupied lot, per month and some other source of income like retirement, pension, etc... 

I've learned that we almost always use referrals to find tenants and buyers, sellers, agents, CPAs, contractors (unless we all help a buddy supplying the food and drinks), loan originators, etc.

Interesting question.I suppose it would be harmful if she doesn't have any other source of cash for her down payment and closing is imminent. 

I have been known to drape washcloths on them, or post it notes, to eliminate the light source.
