I'm also HUGE fan of the some of books that have come to light through BP as well - Miracle Morning, Rich Dad Poor Dad's, & Think and Grow Rich & all the other books we've heard through the podcast that I'm still in the works on.I've come to BP after being in the stock market through various means over the past 6 years.

Good day,I have 2 properties I wanted to list for short term rental on airbnb and other bookings websites.

Just as long as the rent is paid for the final 3 months, I'm copasetic.

Finally, when the amount of the late fees totaled the amount of the security deposit, my PM told me that the tenant paid late every month and hadn't paid the fees.

We ran no numbers, and at the time I had read zero books on real estate investing.

At what point can we change the locks and throw stuff in the dumpster  if doesn’t get out before a final deadline this Sunday?

I finally realized that just because my local market is to competitive it does not mean that I should only be limited to where I live! 

So I'm new to REI as well but a book I heard about that is supposed to be amazing for wholesaling is: "If you can't wholesale after this: I've got nothing for you" by Todd Flemming.
