I've always loved real estate, but expressed that love through just consuming it and not investing wisely!  

I've learned that JC Penney has OUTRAGEOUS sales - in a recent sale I bought sets of 6 towels (2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths) for about $12 (the Home Expressions bath towel collection).  

While tattoos might not be a protected class, freedom of speech (expression) is protected, and denying solely on that might get you in hot water.  

By the way e-mail is typically not considered an acceptable method of written delivery unless explicitly stated in the contract.

Hi BP community, I am about to kick off a syndication/raise for a great multifamily property in the midwest, and a few potential investors have expressed concern around investing given they would want to be able to INDIVIDUALLY 1031 their profits into a new property in 5yrs when we exit.

For property management, there are really good, emerging systems that can help you manage the day-to-day of service delivery, bookkeeping, along with project management  to keep track of 'to-do's' Hopefully this advice helps but feel free to ping directly to continue the chat!
