Congats on getting your hands in real estate.If you are in Houston, I personally know you can attend a face-to-face networking event almost every day of the month, so there's no shortage of place to meet other investors to discuss. 

Steep and expensive learning curve.I cannot believe it.it is very expensive lesson to learn.I was too lucky to have good tenant so far.Hope this is over soon; very stressful everyday.

The top echelon can make millions in commission.In commercial real estate I wake up everyday looking to learn more and more.

& one of the everyday cashiers still treats me like a grubby laborer & ALWAYS calls the dept head if I get a great deal just to ensure it's legit.
