Hi all,I am doing  a few Commercial/Multi-family deal(s) simultaneously and heading down the path of bank loan(s) with a couple of regional banks.I am being offered from the same bank several scenarios. 

Local banks are usually more flexible and can have more favorable terms than national banks. 

As far as I know any bank in Ukraine will give this return or more with a regular savings account. 

So far in contacting local banks and credit unions, I have learned that credit unions won’t finance to an llc and banks are pretty limited.

Is there a bank or lender in MN that allows property transfer under LLC?

I had initially planned to finance the rehab with cash and creative financing (lines of credit and such), and then financing it all through a bank.

And would did you start buying outright or did you get bank loans?

According to public record it is not bank owned

Took more than 1 month to receive my money back.I invest in E cleveland coz banks are hard to deal with specially when ur self employed.

Last, if the point is to make the best return on your investment, why not utilize bank financing and develop a self-storage facility instead?
