The only two negative facts we encountered are: 1) As noted by @Kimberly T., water usage will increase as a result of laundry both being non-coin and the convenience of it being in their own unit.

Less than a week ago I encountered someone paying <$2k/yr in property taxes for a triplex in Oakland worth a million or so.Third, you get to write off mortgage interest and property taxes, but not rent.

Assigning A contract is fine, assigning as a business model is probably in violation of law, and doing so without the intent to buy is still scamming a seller, regardless of how good they are.

The only information I can share is a conversation I had with a Chase Manager who simply said when they started taking series LLC accounts, they almost immediately encountered individuals using them for illegal purposes and shut all the accounts down.

Thousands saved …“but because they have developed the working relationships with various parties to resolve the case in the most expeditious manor”----> that’s a good one ..most expeditious “manor” …for themselves for sure …lawyers are scam of the scam.
