I'm guessing it will be snapped up by some savvy investor from CA or AZ.Try posting it as a business opportunity, an investment opportunity, an -inlaw unit, we call them "Casitas" in this neck of the woods, classic car storage, garage band space and on and on.

The garage appears to have been run into by a vehicle that knocked the wood framing off of the slab causing it to lean and making it unsafe to use.
