Hey @Milan Dixon , there's no doubt this will eventually be a great area but it is easily one of the worst areas I've driven through ITP and I've driven through them all.

Which could easily be done within an hour, even under 15m if the guy knows what he is doing.

Two ideas I had: - Designate an area for tenants to park their cars, and block off the front from parking using landscaping and/or building out a porch seating area of some sort. - Cover the block exterior with a more attractive (and less prison-like) exterior.

They last longer and can easily be repaired when damaged.

This is important to know but can be lied about very easily.

If the pressure is high, that means your regulator is probably bad, but more importantly it means you're about to start blowing valves and seats and flappers all over that building.

sounds like something you can easily do with excel or google sheets.   

They are bought and sold quickly and easily - just like a car.

If only the exposed vent and drain pipes in the bath could be so easily resolved, they're actually solid brass, maybe I should polish them out!
