Austin will need to be on the note so he can buy and sell the house without the company he is a realtor for taking a commission, he will recieve 1/3rd of profits but no additional commision.The hard part for me is that both of thier parts are very cut and dry, one is a realtor, the other is the money man.

Another surprise is that some "mortgage loan specialists" are so "busy" that they don't call back and others act surprised to be getting a call.I also heard from various mortgage brokers that the commercial type loans that were common a few years ago have dried out.

Somebody has to start the process and you know good and well the city of NO would not be the one to do it.We can talk about how str's are taking rentals away from locals, but then we need to talk about all of the blighted properties that are still rotting away.

There isn't a high demand here for rentals with rents that high, so I would leave it to rot.

If it's plywood and it's been leaking, there's a good chance the subfloor needs to be replaced because of dry rot.

I've found the exterior more prone to rot and insulation to be thin on some, but others that is not the case.
