Water can cause lots of damage and you might want a few contractors to look at it.

Go to the courthouse, dress appropriately, sit in the back of the courtroom while cases are called up, hear the issues, watch how attorneys respond, handle themselves, their clients if present, and their demeanor.

It is an okay guideline, but I think it does more damage than good.
