The area is seeing double digit property value increases YOY and are rents following a similar trend.

Walla Walla doesn’t provide the excitement of Seattle property prices rising by double digits, but you also don’t see housing prices crash because a tech giant decides they want to leave the area, citing insane real estate prices. 

- Steady appreciation: we saw big-growth years a few years back with appreciation in the double digits.

As currency loses its value and purchasing power, ownership of real property can be a safe haven equaling or even exceeding loss of purchasing power.Another point I'd like to emphasize is that their is substantial difference between various categories of notes; the note universe contains many different investment types and lends itself to many different strategies.  

If you need other people money to grow you will need digital marketing skills.

Given the state of currency wars, current levels of debt, and impediments to widespread economic growth I put higher odds of interest rates being lower in 5 years then higher.

I think even phone numbers are too so I type mine with a space between each digit.  

Can I buy a land using self-directed IRA, then build using hard currency loan and finally refinance with a traditional loan when my primary house is sold?
