But if you want to create specific codes with certain digits (instead of random), you either need to be close enough to the lock to use bluetooth or you need to have a gateway.

There are incredible restaurants that rival nearby New Orleans and the casinos are clean and safe and top notch. 

IDK what it is, now, but a few years back, it was in the 4-digits to get essentials (they encourage going into debt to get'er done!)

And the rates are in the single digits. 

I know their major employers are auto makers and casinos.

One things that is said all the time but its kinda glazing over these days in a digital age, real estate success is about people.  

I started buying rentals because the stock market is like a casino.

Not to mention that you have an old building with some pretty costly deferred maintenance issues (re-pointing the brick, electrical is old, heating is not separated) that will cost you tens of thousands of dollars over the next several years.A low single-digit return on a property with lots of Cap X upcoming doesn't exactly get me excited.
