I own rental properties in one city and two of them had insurance claims in the last 2 years due to hail and tree damage.

I have recently been looking into properties in Marietta, GA.

Did purchase or refinanced this property during the ultra low interest climate a few years ago?

The only use case I know of for SBA-backed loans to finance real estate is when a non-RE business owner-occupies at least 51% of the property, such as an attorney firm buying the office building where their office is and leasing out the units they don't use. 

Not many thought a $3 million property was the best first investment.  

Im looking at properties to buy, and saw a tenant in a 4-unit property I like paid $1,000 in late fees.
