I have a couple of suggestions to try and find a flipper friendly gc.

Here are a couple thoughts I’ve had, any thoughts you have would have would be great.I’m wondering if I should be working on purchasing properties or paying mortgage down to have more monthly cash flow.I have the opportunity to purchase properties with 15% into them.

I’ve made a couple of calls to realtors and inquired about a couple of properties I have found on my own, but I seem to be hitting a bit of a roadblock.

I've talked to a couple of CPA's about this and I'm getting conflicting answers. 

On the seller side, relentlessly putting you brand in front of them month after month will put you top of mind when they are ready to list.

Every couple of years I shop the policies and have not been motivated to change.

I know a couple properties managers at the shore but they dont have the best reputations.   

According to phone screening, a couple is legally separated (although they say they are working on reconciliation).

I'm guessing I should look for a decent job to support my self while learning with the first couple properties, but until then what can I do in the mean time to get the best start.I am working on getting some of the books so I have reading material this winter, but other than that what should/could I be doing?
