The area I am in southwest florida (fort myers) is the top growing place in florida and top 10 in the country.

My wife and I are planning on moving our family across the country.

For me personally I love the country and not so much the city life.

This is due to the fact you have been out of the country 7 years and do not have any recent credit here.

MLS is not the best place to find deals, although I have purchased form the MLS and done well but my situation and location (and abilities) are not matched throughout the country.

@Sarp Ka My team and I usually just use the MLS data as well as country records (as far as I know).

I spoke to Tenant 1 on the phone who had a story about Tenant 2 being newer to the country (long story about background, lack of education, lack of credit, etc.)

Disaster Risk - Some parts of the country are more prone to natural disasters.
