i also show the properties at the same time..on another note..i got tired of waiting for tenants, as i tend to be punctual and i expect them to be also..now i tell them what they need to fill out my application and that i will wait 5 minutes..when we meet, they have no excuse to not have everything needed to fill out my application, and they know i'm expecting them at that time..if not, the apartment goes to someone else that i can count on..good luck
