I like rentals because its a a constant flow of cash (in theory).  

My attorney says that evictions should not be cases like this where there are constant delays, but the tenant has found a way to use an attorney to keep delaying. 

I feel that If I give them a break, they are going to think I am a pushover and it is going to start the beginning of constant requests to bend the rules. 

It gets us paid faster, it's actually easier for the tenants, and it involves less paper-handling and is therefore less error-prone.The best businesses are constantly on the hunt for ways to upgrade their systems so that they can accomplish more with less effort.

Also, I notice the constant 50-60 hour work week has an adverse impact on family life.

 :)I accidentally started a thread that was meant to be just a quick question, and months later that thread (which by the way I wish I could edit so it is not constantly bringing up the name of a couple service providers.... although it is some positive press for them) is still bringing in questions and comments and connection requests.Also #5 (?). 

I am tired of constantly destroying my body, working in a very hazardous environment, to simply make others rich while I barely maintain my income.

Residential houses in Waldorf and White Plains are being built constantly.

A 3/1 home that has vinyl plank instead of carpet with a carport that is 1,200 sq ft will with $750 rent will likely have a much different % of rent then a 4/2 home, 2200 sq ft with 2 car garage (why do tenants constantly break these things), carpet in a large % of the home with a much larger AC unit.Also, original condition of home will make a big difference.

I've bought in a few places that have constant problems with hail, rain, hurricanes, etc... so I wanted to toss this question out to BP:Which state/market has very little issues with natural disasters?
