You are a company, run it like a company.

The tech companies here are laying people off or not hiring (the six figure earners who can afford the $3000 1 bedroom apartment to $6000 rental house payments) so that doesn't sound good to me financially.

Major tech companies like Intel, Amazon, Google, and smaller startups are taking place there. 

I actually own a cleaning company as well (10k+ cleanings completed!!!)

At this point the Lifestyles company is mainly trying to build (pushing) the multifamily side of things, which is its strong  suit.  

I won't name the company but holding group I partnered with held over 75M and 2000+ doors before I decided to jump in with them.

there are many adu companies out there who would provide you the model from builder like champion home or clayton home, and then take care of site work - foundation + pulling all utilities. the lowest quote i have recd is for 146k for around 770 sqft. 

If I were renting out the house to strangers, I would most likely use a PM company. 

@Charlie Dagas, depending on how large your market is, there might be a wholesale brokerage/company that you could explore and join.

Yes the prob can force it and I think this is a money making scam by mortgage companies.
