Standardized colors/finishes.

When I rent a place , i dont see color , I dont see gender , I dont see race , I look at numbers .  

You need to know what rents in your area, but if you're hoping to only do a color change once every 10 years, in most parts of the country, it would be a terrible decision to go gray at this point.

google adsense is a great source of money on the web... it only needs good positioning and color and hola....

The Pet addendum lists out the exact pet (name, weight, color) and we take pictures of each pet. 

Color me skeptical, but by the time you're done with all this this is no longer investment property, this is your biggest financial drain ever.I am not saying you should not do it; what I say is that it is a very bad investment as far as investment goes.Only situation where just a major upgrade is financially justified is if you're going to be living in this for a long time.Just my 2c.
