The CT market has been great from a wealth building standpoint, but poor for generating predictable cash flow.

But when it comes to bringing in commission income for the family she is a rock star she is a closer .

He says it's in good condition, could use AC and a heater, maybe some new siding but otherwise in good condition.He has a renter there paying $1600 month to month who wants to stay but has no long term lease. 

Do you prefer flipping for a quick profit, or do you take a more long-term approach with rentals?

Hello colleagues, we manage a medium size apartment (73 units).

I own a property free and clear, that I want to rent out.

I was asked yesterday by a good friend of mine who has got 1-2 rentals in the last year and I wanted to check with you all first.

Part of it is a learning process and I have learned a lot for future deals.
