I recently attended the 90-day challenge webinar and have been working on learning the business of wholesaling and working to understand the process of analyzing properties to get my first deal.

Take note I am technically challenged and nervous about water which is why I was so by the book on instructions but a $10 part could cost tens of thousands in damage if not installed properly.  

I’d consider moving especially If you have job prospects in the new community, and I’d certainly recommend researching it well before considering moving there in terms of life style, outdoor activities, night life, schools if you have or may have children, travel accessibility (highways, airports) sports teams if this is important to you, etc.

However, since it is a business entity, the LLC may also create additional challenges when trying to arrange financing.
