I'd start by sending a copy of the violations to your tenants and let them know they will pay for them if it happens again...even if this is necessarily enforceable I would use it as a scare tactic.Maybe my friends @Mark Ainley or @Jared Kott has dealt with this before and can help...

I tend to find that if your comps don't have an amenity that you have - even better. i.e. in Orlando dozens of Airbnbs have game rooms but in Davenport, you may be the only one!
