I'm hoping to meet alot of influential people in the same field I'm trying to grow into.

My 37yr career in software has taught me that unless your data is on your systems and devices, then you can expect data loss and data theft.To keep privacy, don't post or upload anywhere (including the 'cloud' products).

Agreed with the above statement by @Richard Fields.

Its just now moving to the investing field you want to make sure you learn aspects from a seasoned investor first. 

What a terrible loss from the condo, hopefully you can make up for it in the future with a successful investing career!

There are a few other active members from Great Britain on BP, so someone should be able to field any England specific questions.Two other reasons I encourage education at this point are:1) Wholesaling - to do it property - requires a level of knowledge about real estate and markets that someone new to the industry simple does not possess.  

I did get late night calls about the quad, to get the kids truck un-stuck from the back yard where he progressively slipped on wet grass and was messing up the septic field, which was already at functional risk for the old property.  

I have become very interested in the Real Estate business over the last month and would like to learn more in the field of Real Estate Investment.
