Yep agree with Rhondalette here, I know cash will burn in your pocket, but let them for a while. 

I know there are several investor services that help that but I just get concerned they over-saturate markets and I've seen people get burned.

From evaluation it can build a  4plex multi family unit.But I don't have enough finance to build the structure, please how can I finance such project .Note : my dad is building contractor and my young brother is a civil engineer.

instead of burning a dead dinosaur to sit in this guys territory i'd hash out the unrealistic price over the phone.
