It can annoy and even cause an injury if a tenant tries to walk through outside of your timer-designated times.I've considered motion sensor lighting but I haven't found products hardy enough to not be stolen/broken, so I've gone with always-on LED lighting.

Otherwise there's minimal energy usage as opposed to a tank design that's trying to keep water in the tank at a set temperature.

We can't decide if it's just the downside of the market bubble because all of them went for about $40-50,000 more than they're up for now or if there's a bigger underlying problem we're not seeing.

A “fire sprinkler system” is defined in the statute as “a system of piping and appurtenances designed and installed in accordance with generally accepted standards so that heat from a fire will automatically cause water to be discharged over the fire area to extinguish or prevent its further spread.”I'm just posting this as an FYI.

We have used more designer feel paints and it really helps improve the look of our places and get them rented.Replace the flooring with tile.

The city said it was designated as a duplex even though the wall framing in between were all done back when lathe and plaster was common which meant I could possibly get it grandfathered in.
