I find they are frequently designed to throw-off a better sphere of light than bulb replacements - which too often have a narrower zone of illumination.

In todays market, a lot of companies are promoting universal design. 

I was supposed to go to college but didn't get approved for financial aid (surprisingly cause i live in a single family house with 9 bodies ) and me and my parents didn't have enough to send me to college.

And kudos to the web design team; great interface with the website and the iPhone app. 

It's great because it's got decent turnover and only a few different home designs.

I feel I have a good design sensibility and an appetite for numbers and these can hopefully help me succeed at this!

Most hired hands are going to burn out fast after they have to chew out a misbehaving sub the third or fourth time.Let me give you an idea from my perspective -We are a design build firm and handle projects including plans, design, permit, material logistics, payroll, book-keeping, ground/assembly management, scheduling, rescheduling, vendor management, quality control/assurance, and every other aspect of construction.We typically have about 5 'ground active' jobs, and 5-7 more in the hopper in some phase of planning, design, or permitting.To accomplish this, we have a meager staff of 2 designers (one of whom is a 20 year architectural veteran), a full time office manager, a full time site manager, a helper who splits time between being a carpenter's assistant and a gopher for materials, and someone who does scheduling and material takeoffs.

Most of the other buildings and infrastructure on the island are of more modern design and development.

The house is in the middle green color 166k and garage is on the rectangle lot 2.4kI dont know what to do and really no body else does... why I am paying the title company and everyone else if they cant even figure it out.Thanks

i do a lot of driving around too. however, contacting your local municipality also works. go in to the office and ask if they keep a list of  any vacant houses or houses in physical distress in the area. you would be surprised what they know. finding the owners is easy too. just ask the same people at the municipality. another great way to find the owners of a vacant house is knock on doors and ask neighbors. every neighborhood has the neighborhood busy body that knows everything about everybody. find them
