And a few of the builders I know just put a number up not a %  Like BAC is 9900 or 10,178.. you know how bad people are with math they cant figure out the % and they just look at it as Hey I cam going to make 10k thats fine..

New build single family homes are hard to find these days for investors as builders have gone to selling only to primary home owners but there still our some opportunities in Kyle, San Marcos and few other suburbs as well as plenty of homes that are a year or two old.

Look up the top 10 developers/builders in the US, all of them are here and have been, if not the top 20 in nation, and for good cause, growth is off the charts and has been for decades.

Or out there in your area there are those pre fab home builders  HOUSE IN A BOX that might be the ticket.. as the renters for these that i see on line some are real nice others are just rustic cabins nothing special.. its not Lake Tahoe..
