@Marco Santarelli  the Morris/Oceanpointe is some of the worse I have seen since I started funding this stuff in 2002.. 3000 plus transactions under my belt.. and this one just is over the top.. yet you still see people get on a long thread of a few hundred post with 10 or 15 post of actual buyers that bought homes that either were never touched or if rehabbed so poorly as to not be funny etc etc.. and the post at the end Is Hey I have my call with them what do you think  LOL..

Outside of gas and time you could get a lot of experience for $50-100.If you can get a deal under your belt then you can start investing more money into direct mail marketing, pay per click, etc

Starting off with small achievable goals and getting a few positive experiences under your belt before setting big goals worked for me although I can't say that was my strategy from the beginning, but it worked out that way.
