Bigger issue for me are those plumbers leaving a mess...maybe have a chat with them and have them knock off $100 from their bill if you can - or just let them know what they left behind was unacceptable - and they should think about that for future jobs.

I don’t want to sound harsh but you chose to stay in a place you could not afford and racked up a bill you are responsible for.  

I am looking to get my real estate license and am wanting to use my Post 9/11 GI bill to cover the courses.

The water/sewer I get a bill quarterly so I havent recieved anything yet, similarly for the other utilities.

They all did a fine/good job, but in most cases, there were a lot of surprises on my end with billing.
