I have been trying to reply to incoming messages but it keeps telling me that the body cannot be blank.

I know when I did my very first investment 18 years ago I was much more tolerant for risk, of course I had nothing to lose. ( Ahh the beauty of youth) Now I find I am not only much more conservative, I also am less tolerant of time taken away from my family and other pursuits. 

I was in SF two weekends ago on a beautiful Napa tour...missed the big quake by 1 week!

This is spite of the pretty overwhelming body of evidence that positive reinforcement is more effective.My general approach is not toward either positive nor negative reinforcement, for the most part.  

The other half of this twin is a beautiful property and much better than my side.

The front range was very beautiful but it seems to me it is looking like one giant town now. 

New appliances,new countertops, new windows, paint,refinishing hardwood floors, installing a beautiful backsplash, new doors, landscaping, etc. 

Over the years I’ve read many books and understand conceptually how it all works, but I’m definitely lacking real world application.I live in beautiful Long Beach, CA and would love to buy property here but it’s unrealistic on my accountants salary.
