Some of the jobs looking to hire out for include replacing back deck, replace a ton of drywall, electrical, 2 bathrooms, couple windows, and some duct work. 

We learn how to screen for tenants, roofing is not for me, making the bathroom beautiful was really a hot topic with the potential tenants.

I'm also going to update the kitchen and bathrooms.

We would have to get in there to strip the unit and dig through the floor under the bathroom to re do the foundation.

I still need to account for the bathroom/kitchen remodel costs, and will update the investment amount once I have completed these tasks and have an idea of the true numbers.

Is that the one with the front lawn bathroom?? 

As an example I did flooring and paint but it included removing a carpet like material from the kitchen and bathroom floor and replacing that with linoleum.
