If you buy basic American appliances without fancy doo-dads, they generally last a long time and you don't need any extended warranties. 

It might require repairs and cleaning.

I agree zillow applications are basic, but I just follow up and request additional info if needed.

We required it to be moved off the lot at buyers expense. 

A major electrical expense has basically no ROI.

My main concern is that once the property is rehabbed and rent ready, what qualifications do banks require to refinance?
