Their suggested monthly fee is reasonable but I am weary to have it be based on the timeline of the project since we don't know how long permits will take on the front end, or how long getting the necessary licenses to operate will take on the back end, any delays etc.

You may want to consider how the properties would rent as long term rentals too and not soley base your decision on STR.Hope this was helpful!

Once we speak to a homeowner and gather basic data over the phone, we usually attempt to send someone to take pictures and a video of the house so that we can make an offer based upon what we see in the pictures.
