In most of the rentals the tenants bring their own frig.Two points:I don't want to repair or replace a bunch of appliances, even if the appliance are left by a former owner or a departed tenant, I tell the new tenant the appliances are in as -is condition and that I will not repair or replace, but I will remove if they wish.Secondly, i welcome tenants bringing heavy things with them, frig, washer, dryer, sometimes range and even baby grand piano.
