I don't know your particular situation but i'm hearing major life change (new baby) followed by another major life change (large financial investment)  Make sure you guys do the proper research and don't get in over your head.Step 2: Keep coming to BP and asking questions like this.  

Since I normally wear shorts and sandals those are particularly useful for me.  

This particular neighborhood is all new construction and has many houses larger than this, and sales prices rise accordingly.

The neighborhoods mentioned above are very good, but I'm noticing the trend in Royal Oak, in particular, is the costs are too high on the smaller 3-4 unit buildings to make the math work. 

It's not one particular job that I'm elaborating on, it's just in general.

I have read quite a bit here in BP and listened to a few of the podcasts and I decided to go with this particular type of investing.

I'd love to ask, have you guys found any cities in particular to be investor friendly? 

This does bring up a question:Should we be putting in offers and getting the house under contract even if we don't have investors for that particular property?
