Branson area STR's are experiencing great cap rates and returns for our investors in Stone and Taney County. 

It's a 12 year term with a 4.75% interest rate with $175,000 down. 

Hey @Christina Galdieri, I am a bit confused on your question but in general: If your asset is sold after 12 months from buying it, those gains are considered long term capital gains and taxed at a reduced rate. 

Did you notice what the ratings were of all of those corps before they started down the path to doom? 

In terms of crime rates?

We are looking into purchasing our first mid-term rental about 5mins from a hospital but the crime rate according to neighborhoodscout.com is 32 per 1000 residents which is relatively high in Massachusetts.

The Coach had and still has the sales team available at a discounted rate after the first 90 days.

We have a set limit that we have for credit ratings.

The downside with Heloc is that the rates are in the 12-14 and its not fixed as they are adjustable like a credit card.

I'm wondering if they'll eventually just streamline the reviews between the two sites instead of two different ratings.
