Hi @Deonte Singleton I would definitely recommend figuring out what tasks are taking up a lot of your time, assess the level of expertise it may require to complete and outsource based on that.

@Melanie DaigleTo me real estate investing means - rental property.Sure there are probably a dozen websites you could use to access all of the stats you need to analyze reams of data to determine what I see driving down I-45 everyday - a lot of out of state license plates means new people moving to our great State - now I am not currently seeing as many non-Texas plates as I did a couple of years ago- and it reflects on the number of applications I receive on my properties and days on market- I know.... not really what you were looking for, but it works.Happy investing
