The article doesn't talk about the details of the cost of customized container home, but since I have a direct relationship with the container manufacturing company in Vietnam which has done a lot of this type of project, I know the number is low and make a lot of sense. 

I'm sure someone has done this before but I'm having a time searching the topic here....My husband and I own several properties some buy and hold some rehab.

Back to the topic, my question is, since it's not specifically mentioned in the lease do I need to fix or replace the washer that they've complained doesn't work?

I've read all the articles I can about 1031 exchanges but nowhere could I find anything on foreigners (non-US persons, non-US citizens, non-US residents, etc.) using a 1031 exchange!
