The crowd funding sources is what I was thinking of here, it has exceptions to the SEC regs and was placed to make funds available for small business, we may not be talking about the same thing.I have not read the Jumpstart Act, my comment may not be applicable, but if it was opening up the SEC restrictions under the umbrella of job advancement, which the SEC had objections to, but came into being, my comment may/could become relevant.
