Educating yourself through bigger pockets forums, podcasts, youtube videos and reading real estate books will go a long way in strengthening your mindset because Real Estate is a long term game. 

After some more research thanks to other BP members, I watched some more youtube videos from Clint Coons and he dove into the Freddie/Fannie requirements for transferring the property to an LLC, and it seems like it won't be a problem (code 8406.4).

There are some good ones here and on youtube.

After moving out you have a couple different options, (all depending on city rules and regs), STR, MTR, LTR, rent by the room, or a mixture of the 2.We just recently published a YouTube series with BiggerPockets called House Hackerz (link to series here) where we tour local house hacks (think of it as the MTV cribs version of Colorado House Hacks).

Don't get blinded by the glitz of other people's STR success story on Youtube or Tiktok.
