However, with the funding they have attracted from venture capitalists in the last year and the increasing trend of people wanting to experience the outdoors, I think Hipcamp has some major potential to grow in the coming years and possibly provide  investors with new opportunities.

If you can find a realtor to set you up with auto email notifications and run comps, that can do the trick.  

I haven't been trending it longer term to know if that is temporary.  

Covid is actually accelerating that trend as it compresses supply.I believe most cities offer a lot of different investment profiles; Milwaukee certainly does.

Folks probably already know that its a trend after the near complete shutdown of the economy.

You could start a new trend as a leader of innovative strategy vs. a follower of existing convention.
