Just be aware that it's super easy for PM companies to get fake Google reviews and I've seen PM companies write their own reviews (weird how all their reviews were by reviewers who have only ever written one review total on their Google account).

But be careful you will be super leveraged and can lose it all with bad choices. 

I visit Vegas often and would not imagine this as being super lucrative, but I may be wrong!

As far as commercial real estate investments, that market is super hot where I invest right now even with interest rates rising. 

For an outside investor who is strictly looking for the financial gain of it all, I'm not sure the ROI makes sense anymore unless you have a SUPER special property or location. 

Tenants are super paranoid and are afraid of getting scammed.

This is super important and took some digging/follow up emails with local govts. 

However, it should in theory tax the somewhat wealthy (say...a little less than a million in equity) more than the super wealthy and thus would be somewhat regressive.Thoughts?
