Its the 203k loan option product that is frozen because of COVID-19.You need to look at the various loan products and find the best one for you...As in investor, you shouldn't be worried so much as getting the sellers "top dollar."

It seems that any investment that does not create "ordinary income" would be ok (for example - need to avoid fix n flip, wholesaling, and anything that sells a product).
