Once you build a relationship with the bank you can usually negotiate a slightly better term and possibly longer rate locks.

I have never used it before and the amount wasn't very much so maybe that streamlined things.We had a previous guest in 2018 that managed to break the locking mechanism on a window.

As an out of state investor how are you finding deals, and do you have boots on the ground to help you manage them once they're locked in?
