To verify, have them text you a picture of their business card, it should have their DRE# which you could look up, and the cell phone number should match the number the text is coming from.

I haven't looked too much in the area I currently live because as far as I'm aware Cumming and it's surroundings are not good places to invest in multiunits due to highly appreciated home prices and rent that doesn't match those prices.

Alright so here's my thought...Tonight while I was gathering information about homes for sale and for rent in my area, I checked out the "housing wanted" section of Criagslist and happened to find an ad that matched perfectly with an apartment that I know is for rent that meets the poster's critera.

It takes hours just to do the basic vetting of a single investment, so it would save incredible amounts of time to have all of that done in advance, and an accurate rating of the risk placed on the investment (A, B, C, D).On the other side of the coin: numerous platforms claim they are simply awesome at doing pre-vetting, but in my opinion, what I see in practice doesn't match up to the words.
