The good news is, you have less debt now. quite common during the GFC Anthony hundreds of thousand   helocs got frozen.. the issue is NO ONE reads the fine print in the 20 page mortgage or deed to secure debt whatever your using.

This is a common scenario where buyers ultimately are not approved for their mortgage. 2) Home Inspection Issues 3) Home Doesn't Appraise 4) Buyer Can't Sell His or Her Home 5) Liens or Title Issues. etc ...All lenders are VOE before closing, the new mortgage scenario we all must accommodate as of today as a lender I know this was not the norm 4 weeks ago, but now I do.

Also I have common areas cleaned weekly now should that be sufficient as far as "my part goes" or should I have them cleaned more now?
