You should be able to find the property taxes on a county assessors website or on Zillow/Redfin etc. 

I'm currently trying to sell it, and some strange issues have come up.The house is a single-family according to the County, but shares a driveway with two townhouses, and the developer set it up as a condominium complex in the legal description. 

We have a rental property in Baltimore County.

You could contact county offices that make past due property tax properties and contact the existing owners that might be involved in a tax due auction sale and contact the current homeowners and see if they are interested in selling their homes and keep them current with property tax collection firm.Good luck to you!

Anyone in the LA county area whom is willing to sit down and pick each others brain about the housing market in the LA area?

I live in Ventura County California.

But yes, I'm paying more than market value based on County Records.

It's still the nicest area in southern Galveston County, but it's not great anymore, since everyone with money has left the area.

Or you could do lease options like John Jackson in Tarrant County teaches.

Consider contacting the police and the county/city mental health officials.
