@Ben ParrNo insurance, that's just crazy.The building loss is not your biggest risk, your biggest risk is somebody getting hurt or killed on your property and suing you for millions.If you property is low value and you're willing to take all that risk for the fire and casualty, you should at the very least get a liability policy.If you want to keep the fire and casualty insurance you can lower the premiums by raising the deductible.

My biggest problem, is that the house is actually a double wide trailer on a foundation, and I can't seem to find any banks willing to help me refinance it.
