Oh, cap rates are almost always expressed as a number, not percentage.  

Granted, I am part time, at the moment, but I've expressed interest in learning and literally coming from one job to the office for individualized training.I've done my first showing by myself, my broker left the office early and luckily another agent (whom I never met) was there to sit with me and my client to submit my first offer yesterday.

So much for that...One thing: I did call American express who are questioning the near $800 charge for the rental, and that might very well be my best course forward.

FYI, for anyone using Home Depot's vendor American Woodmark, these are RTA cabinets that already come assembled and are way overpriced, find a local or online vendor.

Only a stupid American would sell their CA RE.  

Though, the only caveat to that would be that it is far less expensive to build new structures than buy old ones, plus with building you get to ensure that it is of American quality, rather than the Ecuadorean quality.
