Also, I recently heard someone give a good example of how people tend to book...usually after people get home, they want to travel again so they'll book the next trip.

Once I get enough people lined up to meet I will be booking my flight for a 4 day trip.  

Rather it be for just a weekend trip to post to their Instagram, or a place to settle in to make long term memories, tiny home communities carry big options and big returns, as they carry great value for both the investor and the buyer.

So I drive my car for making trips back and forth on the properties and running errands.

.#2 If you use a loan, which is not always easy to do, you also need to figure out how to sign documents when you close....so that either means a trip to the US or a trip to the embassy....every now and then you might be able to sign online, but this is not common.#3 For the most part we do not have restrictions for non-residents to buy property unless you are from China, Iran, North Korea and places like that...maybe 6 countries restricted now.#4 Plenty of challenges though...probably need a bank account which you will probably need to open in person. 

Trips will be somewhat frequent.

I know typically battery backup is used when the grid goes out but not sure if I'm able to pull from battery to avoid tripping any circuit breakers in the main house.
